Remote Outbound Campaign Specialist

Shifts: Vary 
Training: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Remote)
Normal: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Remote)

**Must be available for any 8hr shifts within the 12 hour range, Holidays, and Weekends when mandatory**

Pay Rate: $17/hour
Experience: 1 year of experience in a customer facing role. Must be computer savvy, be able to follow instructions, and have proven ability to provide support over the phone and via email.


Remote Outbound Campaign Specialist Job Summary:

  • Work collaboratively to ensure that members enroll in the various programs and are supported throughout the home health testing process.
  • Provide technical assistance with general IT troubleshooting.
  • Handling high Outbound phone and email inquiries regarding account set-up.
  • Conducting outbound calls to enroll members and follow up calls.


Remote Outbound Campaign Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to enroll members in programs and respond to email inquiries.
  • Respond to inbound calls from members seeking support related to the testing process, including help for setting up their online accounts, questions regarding specific tests and how to administer them and inquiries about their test results.
  • Complete system documentation to ensure that member records are complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team.
  • Adhere to all client program requirements and guidelines as part of standard operating procedure.
  • Test system enhancements and new features to ensure they meet Care Team requirements.


Remote Outbound Campaign Specialist Requirements:

  • Must have good internet connection.
  • Must pass multiple assessments provided.
  • Proven one year experience in a customer facing role.
  • Previous experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • High level of comfort with technology and working knowledge of Google tools.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
