• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations during initial sessions to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans based on their individual goals and circumstances.
• Utilize secure virtual platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, ensuring that treatments are tailored to each client's preferences.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear, therapeutic goals while providing ongoing support and adapting treatment strategies as needed throughout the progression of therapy.
• Maintain an accurate and timely record of therapy sessions, client interactions, and therapeutic progress using our integrated health information management system.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to uphold best practices in mental health care and stay updated on industry standards and innovations.

Our clientele varies widely, ranging from adolescents and adults to families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Therapists will employ a person-centered approach to ensure that each client feels heard and supported, creating a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with the ability to practice in Georgia.
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on establishing rapport and actively engaging clients in the therapeutic process.
• Exhibit a profound sense of empathy, compassion, and cultural humility, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple clients while maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to deadlines.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is highly desirable.
• A background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities would be beneficial.
• Previous experience working with a diverse clinical population is preferred, as is any specialization in trauma-informed care.

• Annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
