As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions virtually, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of your clients.
• Provide counseling services for families and children, specifically targeting areas that meet medical necessity while creating a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Design and lead psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that foster growth and empowerment among participants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client case materials, program forms, and statistical data to comply with organizational standards.
• Complete necessary charting, reports, and statistical information in a professional manner, ensuring adherence to client confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Fulfill contracting obligations by managing your billing hours efficiently and meeting the established quotas for reimbursable hours.

At Replicate Counseling Center, our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. This role will involve working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will guide clients toward healthier relationships and personal growth, contributing to their overall mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State is essential.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting is necessary.
• Strong organizational skills are vital for managing clients and completing documentation efficiently.
• Ability to independently initiate actions related to billing hours and documentation accurately.

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms would be advantageous. We value clinicians who have a passion for continuous learning and who are eager to implement innovative techniques in their practice.
