• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients entering the detox program, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific mental health needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records that comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring secure documentation of treatment progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and substance use disorder counselors to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and share best practices with colleagues.

This role involves working with a diverse population of individuals seeking detoxification from substances. Our clients range in background and circumstances, and as an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in navigating their mental health challenges by delivering empathetic, informed, and personalized care tailored to their unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• At least three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy with a focus on solution-based interventions.
