The Job:
In the Construction Field Sales role, you'll be part of our Commercial Construction field sales team, as a field-based employee, supporting the Alaskan territory which will include the surrounding market: Anchorage/ Fairbanks/ Wasilla/ Kenai/Juneau to name a few.
You'll get to:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain key relationships with end-user partners through product and services solutions as well as management of CORE and other SBD user contracts and programs for user responsibilities
  • Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals & objectives through selling DEWALT, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, brands to our end-user customer base
  • Partner with Channel Marketing to implement and coordinate marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and use SalesForce.com as a CRM and Planning tool. Communicate successes and failures in a timely fashion to develop a more streamlined process and future for success with key accounts and opportunities

The Person:

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Valid Driver's License and physical ability to travel up to 50% within territory assignment as you will be provided with a fleet vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $92,400.00 - $148,800.00
