• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to fit the virtual format and the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records with our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all patient interactions are recorded in compliance with health regulations.

In this role, you will engage with a varied client population, addressing complex mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services is essential.
