Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, creating strategic treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to promote recovery and personal growth.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress throughout treatment.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, particularly for clients who may have mobility challenges or who prefer the convenience of virtual care.
• Maintain meticulous and ethical documentation in compliance with industry standards to uphold the quality of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities for clinical skills enhancement and staying informed about innovations in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including couples, children, teens, and families. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits
