Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our outpatient team in Visalia, California. This full-time role is tailored for qualified LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCCs who are looking to provide high-quality mental health care in a flexible, remote environment. The salary ranges from $85,000 to $117,000 annually, reflecting the expertise you bring to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, focusing on improving mental health outcomes.
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address conditions like PTSD, depression, and anxiety.
  • Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist in this role, you will be working primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in guiding clients toward recovery and managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
  • An active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in the state of California.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in therapy and case management within a mental health setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods, particularly CBT and ABA.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is the minimum requirement, candidates with a background in working with diverse populations or those familiar with telehealth platforms will be given preference. A commitment to continual learning and growth within the field is highly valued.
