Job description

IMPORTANT: MUST HAVE 1 year or more of RECENT INSURANCE VERIFICATION EXPERIENCE.

**Come be a part of a team that ensures ease and accessibility for patients to be able to get their prescriptions without having to stress about cost or how fast they may get their prescription!**

  • Position: Medical Insurance Representative
  • Pay: $17/Hr. weekly. (FULL TIME)

  • Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-Hr. Shift M-F between 8a-9pm EST. (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT AM OR PM)

Job Responsibilities but not limited to;

  • Assist patients with obtaining coverage for prescription medications.
  • Inbound/outbound calls to patients, guarantors, payors, and payees.
  • Utilize call center software to complete account research and update notes.
  • Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patient needs.
  • Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations.


Qualifications but not limited to; MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YR OF RECENT MEDICAL INSURANCE VERIFICATION OR BENEFITS EXP (NO EXCEPTIONS)


  • Must have previous experience in prior authorization, claims, HIPPA knowledge.
  • Previous call center experience recommended but not required.
  • Must have a quiet secure location in home to work.
  • Previous experience with high-volume calls-recommended but not required.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must have High Speed Internet with Hard wired Modem access (NO HOTSPOTS will be accepted)
  • Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens)
