• Provide high-quality counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring customized treatment approaches aligned with each client’s unique needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment and discharge plans, actively engaging clients in goal setting and therapeutic progress assessments.
• Conduct thorough data collection about patients through interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to identify issues and recommend appropriate therapeutic or referral actions.
• Maintain an active caseload for individual therapy, including managing collateral therapy sessions with clients' support systems, ensuring holistic treatment.
• Review and maintain client case files for quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal and external standards, including documenting assessments and ensuring signatures are complete.

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will leverage your expertise to create and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds, focusing on empowering them through their recovery journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate institution.
• A California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) that is active and unrestricted.
• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a minimum of one year in a mental health-focused role.
• Clinical experience relevant to case management or social work within healthcare is essential.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.

• Experience utilizing various therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based approaches in clinical practice.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Proven track record of success in implementing treatment plans that meet regulatory standards and improve patient outcomes.
