Scheduled working days are primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours, fostering a work-life balance that prioritizes your well-being while serving our clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Regenerate Wellness Clinic, you will be responsible for:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of your assigned clients.
• Conducting child and family counseling with clients who demonstrate medical necessity, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Developing and facilitating psycho-educational groups, including parenting classes and other workshops as required.
• Completing thorough and accurate client case materials, including intake assessments, program forms, and statistical data for reporting purposes.
• Maintaining timely and organized charting of client progress and interventions, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, including the billing of a determined number of reimbursable hours.
• Collaborating with fellow team members in case discussions and treatment planning to enhance client outcomes.

The client population you will serve includes children and adults facing a range of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission to deliver quality mental health care that meets the unique needs of each individual and family.

To qualify for the position of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you must possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LMFT licensure in Pennsylvania.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations in a mental health setting.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a self-motivated approach to executing tasks related to documentation and billing.

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are highly desirable. An understanding of various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy, will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
