• Conducting thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, primary concerns, and treatment needs, ensuring accurate diagnostics to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that effectively address clients' unique challenges and how they relate to their overall well-being.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to empower clients in their recovery journey.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care strategies that encompass medical and mental health treatments.

• Engaging with clients’ families to educate and encourage their involvement in treatment processes, fostering a supportive network during therapy.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring data integrity and privacy.

Our clients encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred.

• Demonstrated experience, ideally a minimum of two years, in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Competence in evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks relevant to various mental health conditions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients and work harmoniously in a team-oriented approach.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings is considered a plus.

• Specialized training in trauma-informed care or addiction treatment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
