As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Sync, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused strategies.
• Providing individual and family therapy services through established modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are aligned with best practices.

You will work with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. • A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
