SUMMARY:
Under direct supervision, the Driver operates a company vehicle to transport materials,
merchandise, or equipment within an industrial area.
JOB DUTIES
  • Operates company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment as required.
  • Coordinates the loading or unloading of trucks.
  • Prepares receipts and verifying orders.
  • Ensures vehicle and equipment are clean, safe and kept in working order.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and 0 (zero) to 2 (two) years of related
experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
  • Ability to read and interpret delivery instructions.
  • Ability to document any information obtained from customer during delivery.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong efficiency and time management skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to move up to 100lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Valid driver's license and annual review of driving record.
  • Road test is required upon hire. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.
  • Internal training and certifications required upon hire.
