RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities and duties of this Client Strategist (Sales Consultant) position include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and grow client and partner referral relationships to enhance VisionSpark's reputation and create long-term client lifetime value
• Achieve personal sales goals while creating raving fans
• Field incoming sales inquiries and follow up on qualified leads
• Prospect, qualify, strategize, and close new client projects and gain repeat business
• Maintain and fully capitalize on the use of VisionSpark's CRM tool, Pipedrive, to manage contacts, calls, leads and sales opportunities
• Some travel may be required

** This is a full-time, remote position. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required

• 3+ years of sales (or related) experience
• Business-to-business sales (or related) experience
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales close rate year over year
• Experience developing relationships and closing business virtually
• Tech savvy (CRM, cloud, Microsoft Suite)

Preferred

• 5+ years of sales (or related) experience
• Previous consultative sales experience
• Professional service industry experience
• Working in and with small to mid-sized Entrepreneurial companies

Desired

• Existing network with professional contacts, consultants, and small to mid-sized business owners
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM (or similar)

Compensation: $55-65K base + plus $30-50K commission at plan (uncapped)
