About the Senior Healthcare Analyst Position:

The Senior Healthcare Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for leading complex analytical initiatives that drive clinical, operational, and financial decision-making across the organization. Senior Healthcare Analyst – Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analytical projects from scoping and data acquisition through insight delivery and stakeholder presentation for all products
  • Design and maintain advanced dashboards, models, and reports that track contract performance, utilization, cost trends, and population health outcomes
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, and financial leadership, translating complex data into executive-level recommendations
  • Drive value-based care analytics, including risk stratification, gap-in-care identification, network performance, and total cost of care modeling
  • Lead cross-functional collaborations with IT, data engineering, and clinical informatics to define data standards and improve pipeline reliability
