As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Refreshed Mind Clinic, you will collaborate via virtual platforms with a diverse range of professionals, including mental health specialists and medical staff, ensuring comprehensive care for our clients.

• Evaluate clients' psychosocial needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Conduct thorough bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment and strategize on interventions aimed at improving health outcomes.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning discussions with multidisciplinary team members to enhance care coordination and compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of social work activities and treatment outcomes within clients' medical records.
• Provide educational resources and psychosocial support to clients and their families to facilitate understanding and adherence to treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with community resources to bolster social support systems.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in the field.
• Adhere to the NASW Code of Ethics and institutional policies to ensure a safe and compliant care environment.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution along with a current LCSW license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure is required.
• Demonstrated ability to implement therapeutic techniques that address varying age groups, developmental stages, and cultural contexts.
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse settings is crucial, particularly for populations relevant to the detox treatment environment.
• Effective communication skills, empathy, and a robust understanding of client advocacy principles are essential to excel in this role.

• At least one year of clinical experience, ideally in a healthcare or mental health setting with a focus on detoxification and rehabilitation services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for documentation and monitoring client progress.
• Prior experience working with community agencies and knowledge of available social services tailored to support recovery and rehabilitation.
