The LCSW will be responsible for delivering high-quality individual and couples therapy to a diverse client base. Your daily activities will include:

• Utilizing a billing service that manages claims, client accounts, insurance receivables, and payment plans, allowing you to focus on client care.
• Conducting one-on-one and couple therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs and challenges presented by each client.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment notes accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and maintaining an organized calendar to facilitate adherence to treatment plans.
• Effectively working with a variety of clinical presentations, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities suited to each situation.

Our practice caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals from various age groups facing an array of psychological and emotional challenges. Whether it's anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or trauma, our LCSW will be expected to provide tailored support that empowers clients to navigate their unique difficulties, fostering resilience and positive outcomes.

To ensure the highest standard of care, we are seeking candidates who possess:

• A master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently.
• Strong professional integrity, excellent therapeutic boundaries, cultural sensitivity, self-direction, and outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• The willingness to continually engage in professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.
• A commitment to working full-time, with availability for 20-25 client hours each week and a minimum of two evenings per week.

While not required, experience in couples therapy will be highly regarded, as will candidates with advanced training in specific therapeutic methodologies. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote therapy platforms is also a plus, as it will facilitate seamless integration into our practice.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, supplemented with a performance-based bonus structure. Additionally, employees enjoy:
