• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and establish rapport.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address their specific challenges.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions through secure video conferencing, maintaining a safe and confidential environment.
• Utilize the Simple Practice platform to document treatment progress, schedule appointments, and communicate with clients effectively.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will be working with a wide range of clients, including teens, adults, and couples, each with unique mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is required.
