• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs accurately.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.
• Facilitate therapy sessions in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapies.
• Diagnose mental health issues using appropriate diagnostic tools and methods.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect clients with emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that meets all regulatory standards and best practices.
• Work in conjunction with other health professionals, educational staff, and community organizations to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Participate in staff meetings and engage in ongoing training to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

You will primarily work with students and families in school settings, addressing a diverse range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of various cultural backgrounds and the unique challenges they face. You will play a pivotal role in creating a safe space for clients to express their feelings and concerns, fostering a culture of trust and healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Demonstrated skills in communication and interpersonal relations, with a strong ability to empathize and actively listen.
• An understanding of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies.
• Proficient organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Experience working with electronic health record systems is preferred.

• Experience working in a school or educational setting is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and approaches specific to child and adolescent mental health.
• Knowledge of community resources and support systems available for clients and their families.

• Annual salary range of $120,000 – $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
