• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Offer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice while documenting therapy sessions and client progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to enhance client treatment outcomes through integrated care approaches.
• Participate in continuous education workshops and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

The LPC will primarily work with a diverse population of clients who are dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
