• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client goals.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to support clients in their mental health journeys, leveraging modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Coordinate care for clients by facilitating referrals to community resources including educational, social, and medical support programs, ensuring holistic treatment.
• Engage with clients’ families and support networks to foster communication and understanding, empowering them to contribute positively to the treatment process.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations, contributing insights and sharing effective strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Document all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accurate records that reflect patient care and outcomes.
• Stay informed about current trends in mental health and partake in continuing education opportunities to enhance therapeutic techniques.

The therapist will serve a diverse demographic that includes individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients may vary in age, background, and life experiences, necessitating a tailored approach that respects their unique situations and encourages their growth and resilience.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure is required as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant clinical experience offering direct counseling services.
• Strong understanding of psychological theories, individual differences, and behavioral health best practices.
• Proficiency in conducting interviews, utilizing therapeutic techniques, and keeping up-to-date with advancements in the mental health field.

• Experience working with community resources and programs, particularly those addressing substance abuse and trauma.
• Familiarity with documentation requirements for insurance billing and compliance with mental health regulations.
• Previous experience in a remote therapeutic environment is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
