This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in managing your caseload while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing various techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies.
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment modalities.

You'll work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Understanding each client's unique background and challenges is crucial in delivering effective therapy and achieving positive outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Florida.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the field of mental health.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work effectively in teams, demonstrating excellent collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Demonstrated success in applying various therapeutic approaches to address complex client needs.
