Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Xumo Enterprise FAST & Streaming Operations, drives strategic product development and market success through comprehensive oversight of assigned product lifecycles. This role supports Enterprise operations, strategy formulation, market and user need analysis, and feature development while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. The position maintains product roadmaps, analyzes market and performance opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to deliver competitive FAST and streaming solutions.
This role manages ongoing product management tasks for ancillary and enterprise streaming products, ensuring alignment with user needs, operational requirements, and financial objectives. It is critical in achieving unit and financial targets for assigned products by synthesizing market intelligence, customer feedback, platform performance data, and internal business priorities into actionable product decisions.

  • Background in software development, data engineering, technical systems design, or related technical product operations.

  • Exposure to ad operations, programmatic advertising, SSAI/CSAI, metadata management, CMS platforms, or content supply chain workflows.

  • Familiarity with CMS, metadata management, or content supply chain workflows

  • Ability to build scalable processes, improve documentation, and create operational mechanisms that support market adoption and product performance.

  • Position is office based in Irvine, CA 4 days/week in office & 1 day remote.

Required Skills

  • 3-6 years of experience in data analytics, product operations, or a technical program role

  • Strong SQL skills - comfortable writing queries, building reports, and debugging data issues independently

  • Proficiency in Airtable and/or Excel at a power-user level, including formulas, automation, and data modeling

  • Familiarity with streaming video, OTT, or FAST platforms - understands how content gets distributed and monetized

  • A developer's mindset: researches before asking, iterates quickly, and builds things that work

  • Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle for assigned FAST, streaming operations and ancillary product initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs, business objectives and financial targets
  • Own operational reporting and data workflows for FAST channel and ad performance leveraging SQL-based BI tools to support product decisions and lifecycle management
  • Communicating market trends, opportunities, and risks, developing and advocating for product feature sets and benefits
  • Performing feasibility assessments and capability gap analyses to align product offerings with market capabilities and demands
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and execution of product strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Recommending process, product, or service improvements by anticipating business challenges and regulatory issues
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: This job can be performed in California with a good faith estimated pay range upon hire of $141,585.70 - $188,780.93 USD.Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within the posted range for this role at the time of posting dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
