Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, employing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, providing therapy tailored specifically to each client’s situation.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapies.
  • Regularly collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
  • Maintain precise documentation and electronic health records in adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely updates to treatment processes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with the latest practices in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients navigate their emotions and develop healthier coping mechanisms, enabling them to lead more fulfilling lives.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Compassion and empathy, demonstrating a non-judgmental approach to client challenges and experiences.
  • Effective time-management and organizational capabilities to balance caseloads while adhering to deadlines for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings or with diverse populations.
