Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of your clients.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients cultivate coping mechanisms, resilience, and a sense of hope throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements, ensuring that the highest ethical standards are upheld in our practice.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies that encompass both clinical and holistic approaches to wellness.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer-review meetings, contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and shared learning aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
