Work Environment

This role is completely remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your home while maintaining a full-time schedule. Our state-of-the-art counselor portal is not only user-friendly but ensures you have everything you need at your fingertips—from scheduling to treatment documentation—fostering an efficient and effective therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling via secure video chat to clients.
• Utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to create tailored treatment plans.
• Developing effective therapeutic techniques that support clients in gaining insights into their feelings and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress through continuous assessment and adapting treatment plans accordingly.
• Empowering clients to establish healthy coping mechanisms as part of their growth journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Our therapeutic approach emphasizes building trust, offering personalized care, and equipping clients with the tools needed to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology).
• A current, state-issued license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD. Note that we do not provide supervision for provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to client care.
• Strong digital literacy, particularly in using video conferencing tools and case management software.
• Access to a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a reliable internet connection for virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in telehealth settings.
• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
