As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Honeycutt Health Clinic, you will work in a mostly remote setting, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team via secure digital platforms. In your capacity as a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to measure progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Providing high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions, emphasizing therapeutic techniques that foster healing and growth.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, while ensuring continuous follow-up and evaluation of goals and progress.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A current, valid license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to document client progress accurately and effectively.

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated experience in using telehealth systems and technology for client interaction.
