Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) – Virtual / Remote | Eating Disorder Solutions of TexasJoin a Team Transforming Eating Disorder Recovery

Eating Disorder Solutions of Texas is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) to join our growing telehealth treatment program. This is a fully remote position, providing virtual nutrition therapy and meal support for individuals recovering from eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions from anywhere in Texas.

Registered Dietitian Responsibilities

  • Provide individual nutrition counseling for clients with eating disorders via telehealth
  • Conduct virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized meal plans
  • Support clients remotely during meal planning and nutritional rehabilitation
  • Collaborate virtually with therapists, medical providers, and clinical staff
  • Participate in virtual treatment team meetings and case consultations
  • Provide nutrition education and facilitate virtual group sessions
  • Document clinical notes and treatment progress in the EMR
  • Assist with remote nutrition programming and treatment planning

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential
  • Licensed Dietitian in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain)
  • Experience working with eating disorders, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nutritional rehabilitation and meal planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace for telehealth sessions

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of HAES and trauma-informed nutrition care
  • Eating disorder treatment (AN, BN, BED, ARFID)
  • Partial Hospitalization (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs
  • Adolescent or adult eating disorder populations
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Family-Based Treatment support
  • Prior telehealth or virtual clinical experience

Virtual Work Structure

This is a 100% remote role. All clinical services, team meetings, case consultations, and documentation are conducted virtually. Flexible scheduling is available depending on program needs.
