Job Description:

Join Job Duck as a Legal Client Intake Coordinator (Family Law) and play a vital front line role in shaping first impressions and guiding potential clients through their initial journey. In this position, you will manage incoming inquiries, handle phone calls with confidence and care, and help convert interest into scheduled legal consultations. Your daily impact will center on building trust, clearly explaining the value of working with an attorney, and ensuring every caller feels heard and supported. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally compassionate, highly responsive, and energized by balancing customer service with consultative selling. Monthly Compensation Range: 1,142 to 1,220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Document all intake information accurately within the CRM

Explain the value of legal services and guide callers through the consultation process

Act as a receptionist and primary point of contact for new inquiries

Schedule consultations and coordinate appointment details accurately

Maintain responsiveness to incoming leads and follow up promptly as needed

Manage the sales focused aspects of intake, including consultation conversion

Handle inbound intake calls and greet prospective clients professionally and empathetically

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as an Intake Specialist required

Experience with US Family Law highly preferred but not required
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions
Ability to explain the value of legal services clearly and ethically

Excellent written and verbal English skills
Honest and supportive communication style is a must
Highly responsive and well organized
Comfortable handling consultative sales conversations
Detail-oriented with strong follow up habits
Professional phone presence

Location and timezone: Remote, Mountain Standard Time (MST)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Expected call volume: Moderate (6-15 calls per day)
