Job description

About Geonexus:
For more than 16 years, Geonexus has built integration platforms that connect Esri ArcGIS with the enterprise systems used by utilities and other asset intensive organizations. Our flagship product, Geonexus Integration Platform (GIP), synchronizes data between GIS and systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CIS, OMS, and ADMS to support mission critical operations across utilities, pipelines, transportation, facilities, and government. We are now scaling our Platform Enablement and Support (PE&S) organization to support both GIP and our next generation cloud native platform, GIC.
The Role:
You'll lead onboarding, implementation, and enablement activities for customers and partners deploying Geonexus integration platforms, including GIP and our next generation cloud native platform, GIC. You'll work directly with utility GIS, IT, and operations teams while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, customers, and system integration partners to support successful deployments, operational adoption, and long-term customer success. This role is central to enabling customers and partners to successfully implement, operate, and scale Geonexus integration platforms within mission critical utility and infrastructure environments.
What You'll Do:
Customer and Partner Enablement (roughly 60% of your time)
  • Lead customer and partner onboarding activities for new and existing Geonexus deployments, from kickoff through go live
  • Facilitate technical and functional workshops with customer, partner, GIS, IT, and operations teams
  • Configure integrations between ArcGIS and enterprise systems such as SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CIS, OMS, ADMS, and related platforms
  • Support both direct customer implementations and partner led deployment activities
  • Guide customers and partners through testing, cutover, adoption, and operational readiness
  • Deliver administrator and user training sessions for customers and implementation partners
  • Advise customers and partners on implementation patterns, configuration strategies, and operational best practices

Technical Troubleshooting and Integration Support
  • Diagnose integration issues across APIs, authentication, networking, permissions, and connectivity
  • Analyze data mappings, synchronization workflows, and integration logic to resolve customer-reported issues
  • Investigate performance, system behavior, and data-quality problems in production environments
  • Work through logs, XML, SQL queries, and configuration files to identify root causes
  • Partner with Engineering on defect resolution and product improvements

Operational Excellence and Enablement
  • Contribute to onboarding playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base content
  • Train and mentor internal implementation and support team members
  • Support partner enablement and certification initiatives as we grow our delivery ecosystem
What Success Looks Like:
In your first six months, you'll own onboarding for new customer implementations and become the technical point of contact for a portfolio of accounts. By twelve months, you'll have contributed materially to our implementation playbooks and helped define how partners get certified on the platform.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years implementing enterprise software, GIS, or integration platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, and web services
  • Direct experience integrating ArcGIS with enterprise systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, CIS, OMS, ADMS, or similar)
  • Strong SQL and comfort troubleshooting across APIs, REST services, authentication, and networking
  • Track record working directly with utility GIS, IT, or operations teams
  • Clear technical communication with both engineers and business stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ArcGIS Utility Network experience
  • Background in iPaaS, middleware, ESB, or event-driven integration patterns
  • Experience delivering customer training or technical workshops
  • Familiarity with Jira, Zoho, and Microsoft 365
  • Cloud platform and SaaS implementation experience
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary: $110,000-$145,000, based on experience
  • Annual bonus tied to team and company performance
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with 3% company contribution
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Remote-friendly, with occasional travel (typically under 25%) for customer go-lives, workshops, and industry events
