Job description

Canvassing Division Manager

NE Contractors | Philadelphia, PA · On-site / Partially Remote | Full-Time

$1,400/week base + $250 override per contracted job

About NE Contractors

Founded in 2002, NE Contractors is a Women-Owned commercial and residential exterior firm and one of only 16 contractors nationwide to hold the GAF Diamond Pledge. We have built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, manufacturer-certified installations, and a standard of professionalism that sets us apart in the Greater Philadelphia market. When you represent NE Contractors, you represent 20+ years of earned trust.

The Opportunity

We are building a canvassing division and looking for an experienced manager to lead it. You will come in with a core team of 3 canvassers and grow it based on performance. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity with a company that has the reputation, systems, and certifications to back every conversation your team has at the door.

Compensation:

• $1,400/week guaranteed base (~$72,800/year)

• $250 override for every job contracted by your team

• $250 for every job you personally contract in the field

• $20/day flat gas stipend on field days

What your earning potential looks like:

Conservative — 1 close per canvasser per week:

$750 in overrides + $1,400 base = $2,150/week (~$112,000/year)

Average — 2 closes per canvasser per week:

$1,500 in overrides + $1,400 base = $2,900/week (~$151,000/year)

Strong — 2 closes per canvasser + 2 personal closes per week:

$2,000 in overrides + $1,400 base = $3,400/week (~$177,000/year)

Personal field production is never required — it is purely additional earning potential for managers who choose to stay active in the field.

Your Role

• Recruit, onboard, and train canvassers to a consistent, high standard

• Deploy and schedule your team across Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, and Delaware Counties

• Conduct regular field ride-alongs and one-on-one coaching sessions

• Track and report weekly KPIs: doors knocked, appointments set, claims filed, contracts closed

• Report directly to ownership and contribute to the division’s long-term growth strategy

What We Offer

• Drone-assisted inspections (DJI Mavic/Air) that give your team a professional edge at the door

• Certifications from GAF, CertainTeed, Pella, and James Hardie behind every pitch

• A 10-Year Workmanship Warranty your team can speak to with confidence

• A structured, professional work environment built on accountability and quality

• A clear growth path — the team starts at 3 and scales with performance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing a door-to-door or field canvassing team — required

• A documented track record of results: team growth, revenue generated, retention

• Strong coaching and leadership skills with high personal standards

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Own vehicle and smartphone required

• Ability to conduct field ride-alongs consistently

How to Apply

We have one position available. Submit your resume along with a brief note (2–3 sentences) describing a team you’ve managed and a specific, measurable result you achieved. Applications without this note will not be reviewed.
