• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients throughout the treatment process, adapting strategies as needed to ensure optimal progress.
• Provide teletherapy options to meet the preferences and needs of clients facing accessibility challenges, thereby expanding our reach and ensuring comprehensive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes to uphold our commitment to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions that enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You'll have the opportunity to empower clients of varying backgrounds, tailoring your approach to respect and honor their unique experiences. • A valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that aid in establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for effective caseload management in a remote work setting.

• Experience in a private practice or telehealth setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in digital tools for teletherapy platforms, electronic health records, and telehealth specific guidelines.
• Knowledge in group therapy facilitation is a plus.
