Job Title: Data Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, performing advanced analytics, and delivering actionable recommendations through data visualization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business strategies, objectives, and analytical needs
- Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches
- Lead analytics projects from initiation through completion
- Serve as a key liaison for risk and performance insights across assigned business areas
Data Collection & Validation
- Acquire, compile, and manage structured and unstructured datasets
- Validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity prior to analysis
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, patterns, and risk insights
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
- Validate analytical methodologies used by peers
Visualization & Reporting
- Develop and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations

Required Qualifications
