Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Harrisburg, PA [REMOTE ROLE, with occasional ONSITE]
Duration: 18 Months (Extension Possible)


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, performing advanced analytics, and delivering actionable recommendations through data visualization and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business strategies, objectives, and analytical needs
  • Translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches
  • Lead analytics projects from initiation through completion
  • Serve as a key liaison for risk and performance insights across assigned business areas

Data Collection & Validation

  • Acquire, compile, and manage structured and unstructured datasets
  • Validate data quality, accuracy, and integrity prior to analysis

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze historical and current data to identify trends, patterns, and risk insights
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
  • Validate analytical methodologies used by peers

Visualization & Reporting

  • Develop and deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
  • Utilize visualization tools to enhance decision-making

Process Development & Optimization

  • Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports and analytical processes
  • Improve efficiency and scalability of data workflows
