The Senior Brand Ambassador - Nashville Region serves as the primary recruitment and enrollment representative for the University of Tennessee Southern within the Nashville and North Middle Tennessee market area. Reporting to the Director of Admissions, this position plays a key role in expanding UT Southern's visibility, cultivating relationships with high schools and community partners, and increasing applications, admits, and enrolled students from this strategically important region. The Senior Brand Ambassador manages a defined regional territory, leveraging data insights from the university's admissions and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to identify and convert prospective students, and provides personalized guidance throughout the admissions process. While the position's primary focus is on cultivating and growing enrollment within the Nashville and North Middle Tennessee region, the Senior Brand Ambassador also supports application processing and recruitment efforts for assigned surrounding states as part of the broader admissions team, ensuring alignment and continuity across regional markets. This position also supports strategic initiatives within the Division of Integrated Enrollment and Brand Strategy to achieve ongoing institutional and UT System-wide enrollment goals.

Located in southern middle Tennessee, UT Southern is about 70 miles south of Nashville and 40 miles north of Huntsville, Alabama. The campus is nestled in the small community of Pulaski and currently enrolls about 800 students a year.Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, marketing, education or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in college admissions, recruitment, or student outreach
