In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.
The Regional Sales Support Manager will independently support our Sales Team and thousands of customers in the market area, providing exceptional customer service and industry knowledge. You will serve as a key customer and sales team member consultant, supporting projects from beginning to end.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to independently perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
  • Uphold customer service standards by maintaining a friendly and service-oriented environment.
  • Promptly and professionally answer and return customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and expert information.
  • Be responsive to all customer concerns.
  • Maintain extensive product and project knowledge.
  • Assist in managing account activities in CRM.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.
  • Identify and address problems as they arise.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree or greater is preferred.
