Position: Inside Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Rep

Location: Houston, TX

Employment: Contract to Hire

Industry: Manufacturing

Hours: M-Thurs 7:00am-4:00pm (Fridays - remote)

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 DOE

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Overview

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries, processing orders, providing quotes, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate order entry. Support customers with documentation such as RMAs, credit applications, resale certificates, credit card authorizations, and W-9 forms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders.
  • Verify order details, pricing, and customer information for accuracy.
  • Maintain customer records and update the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, shipping, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment and resolve backorders or shipment issues.
  • Support team goals, train new employees, and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications
