  • Provide expert recommendations for improving property risk profiles and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Work independently, managing your own schedule, while contributing to a remote team environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends and standards in risk management and property engineering.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 2-5 years of experience in property risk management, specifically in highly protected risk (HPR) surveys or similar roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in fire protection systems and risk mitigation strategies is highly preferred.
  • Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide actionable recommendations for risk reduction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections, as needed.

Benefits
  • Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000+ per year for candidates with 2-5 years of experience. Highly experienced candidates can earn up to $180,000+.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a 6% match, and unlimited PTO.
  • Flexible, remote work environment allowing for a work-life balance that prioritizes family and personal life.
  • Opportunity for career growth, with potential paths into management as the company expands.
  • Why Join Us:
