Meet the team:
Reporting to the Head of Software, the Senior Director of Software Engineering for Consumer Applications will lead Dexcom's consumer software application portfolio, driving the strategy, development, delivery, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital products and services.
As part of Dexcom's evolving Product Operating Model, this role will build and lead high-performing cross-functional software teams with clear ownership of product outcomes, software quality, reliability, and delivery execution.

  • You will lead engineering teams operating within a Product Operating Model with end-to-end ownership and accountability for customer outcomes
  • You will drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines, AI-Assisted development workflows, automated testing, integrated quality engineering, and reliable software delivery at scale
  • You will partner with architecture and platform leaders to incorporate modern cloud, data, and AI-enabled capabilities into future product experiences
