As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, understanding their unique business and technical needs. As a trusted technical advisor, you'll guide our customers in leveraging our cutting-edge product and adjacent technologies, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, VCS, and Cloud providers. About the position
  • Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical content, including presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, workshops, and proofs-of-concept.
  • Serve as a technical expert and advisor to our customers on our product and the adjacent technologies, including Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevOps, VCS, and Cloud providers.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date on our product, the competition, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to translate customer business needs into technical solutions and new product requirements.
  • Help with booth duty and meet with prospects and customers at conferences.

About You
  • 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, a DevOps Engineer, or a similar position.
  • 2+ Hands-on experience of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), CI/CD, VCS, and DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible) technologies and associated concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the main Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP). Certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with software development is a plus.
