Job description

Step into a vital role fostering learning and growth for elementary and early learners near Round Lake, IL! This full-time contract opportunity runs from August 17 through May 27, 2027. Dedicated K-6 educators are needed for onsite instruction—remote opportunities are not available.

Openings include:

  • 5th Grade Dual Math/Science (2 positions)
  • 5th Grade Dual Social Studies/ELA (1 position)
  • 6th Grade Dual Math/Science (1 position)
  • K-2 English as a Second Language (PreK specialization)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely related field
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsements for subject area and grade level
  • Demonstrated understanding of curriculum design, instructional planning, and classroom management
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience working with diverse learners and adapting lessons for varying language proficiency levels—especially for ESL roles

Responsibilities:
