The contributions you will make:

This position is responsible for establishing the technical product strategy and long-term direction for ProPartners Financial's digital platforms and business capabilities. Partners with business and technology leaders to translate organizational priorities into scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance partner experiences, manage risk and support sustainable growth. Provides leadership across the full product lifecycle by setting investment priorities, establishing governance and technical product management standards, and ensuring alignment among product strategy, architecture, delivery, adoption, and performance. Leads and develops a team responsible for technical product management and business analysis, building organizational capability, consistent practices, and accountability for successful execution.

A typical day:

  • Establishes the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for enterprise technology platforms, translating business strategy into scalable technology capabilities and product investments.
  • Leads technical product planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple platforms and initiatives, balancing business value, technical sustainability, and operational efficiency in product decisions.
  • Leads and develops the team through clear expectations, coaching, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and knowledge sharing.
  • Partners with business and technology leaders to translate strategic priorities into scalable technology capabilities, build alignment, and resolve competing priorities cross-functional dependencies.
  • Provides governance and leadership across the product lifecycle, overseeing planning, delivery health, business readiness, adoption, risk, and escalation for complex technology initiatives.
  • Establishes and evolves technical product management standards and practices, including product discovery, requirements, roadmaps, backlog management, prioritization, governance, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Defines and monitors product and portfolio performance, business outcomes, and value realization, using data and customer feedback to guide investment, enhancement, and de-prioritization decisions.
  • Partners with enterprise architecture, data, security, risk, technology teams, and external providers to support integrated, resilient, scalable, and sustainable platform decisions.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in product management, business systems, technology delivery, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum three years of leadership experience, including formal people leadership and experience leading complex cross-functional technology initiatives and translating business strategy into technology solutions.
  • Experience establishing product strategy, portfolio roadmaps, and investment priorities for enterprise platforms or complex technology ecosystems.
  • Experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and translating business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
  • Experience within financial services, lending, fintech, or other regulated industries, preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrated technology ecosystems and working within Agile or iterative delivery environments, preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical product management, product portfolio strategy, product lifecycle governance, and Agile or iterative delivery practices.
  • Advanced strategic thinking and business acumen, with demonstrated effectiveness translating organizational priorities into scalable technology capabilities, product roadmaps, and investment decisions.
  • Demonstrated judgment in evaluating priorities and making trade-off decisions based on business value, partner impact, technical sustainability, risk, dependencies, capacity, and operational efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including architecture, integrations, APIs, data management, security, and digital platform strategy.
  • Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills, including using product performance, business outcomes, and value realization to guide decisions.
  • Advanced communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills with technical, business, and executive audiences.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

Base Pay
$105,700—$160,300 USD
