The ideal candidate is a dependable and detail-oriented systems engineer with experience supporting Apple-centered enterprise environments and critical communications technologies. This individual enjoys working in technically demanding settings, collaborating across teams, and helping maintain secure, reliable system performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support engineering and operational activities related to the Spok Suite and associated enterprise support environments.Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, and performance optimization for supported platforms.Coordinate with technical teams to support secure, reliable service delivery and continuity of operations.Contribute to documentation, technical standards, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.Support lifecycle, provisioning, and configuration activities tied to enterprise endpoint and communications technologies.Work Experience and Job Skills:Strong experience supporting enterprise systems engineering, endpoint technologies, or Apple-centered support platforms.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, support integrations, and maintain stable system performance.Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with defined standards and support processes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Education:Bachelor's Degree is required.
