This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of qPCR and NGS and microbiology, influencing how PCR-based syndromic panels and advanced sequencing technologies are developed, deployed, and adopted across healthcare, public health, and biotech markets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue & Deal Ownership
    1. Drive new business acquisition for qPCR and NGS-based microbiology solutions
    2. Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead qualification through deal closure
    3. Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets
  2. Customer & Market Engagement
    1. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (lab directors, public health leaders, procurement, R&D leadership)
    2. Lead high-level scientific and commercial discussions
  3. Business Development & Growth Strategy
    1. Identify and develop new market segments, strategic partnerships, and distribution opportunities
    2. Support tender responses, contracting discussions, and pricing strategy
    3. Provide structured market feedback to product management and leadership teams
  4. Cross-Functional Leadership
    1. Coordinate with Applications, Product, Marketing, and R&D teams to align customer needs with offerings
