• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling the establishment of rapport and therapeutic alliances remotely.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach to handling clients' challenges, demonstrating a profound understanding of various mental health conditions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effectively managing client schedules and documentation without direct supervision.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience providing therapy or counseling services, preferably in a remote setting.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy, and familiarity with tools that enhance virtual client engagement.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing treatment plans that demonstrate measurable client progress.
