As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work in a fully virtual setting, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring your clients receive the critical support they need. • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using our secure online platform, ensuring comfort and confidentiality.
• Assess individual client needs through initial evaluations and ongoing consultations to develop personalized and effective treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, protecting client confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to deliver comprehensive and cohesive care.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Our approach focuses on providing individualized care tailored to each person's unique experiences and needs, fostering an environment where clients feel understood and supported.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
• Hold an active state licensure as a mental health therapist, including but not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Experience in providing individual therapy, particularly within a telehealth setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telecommunication technology for therapy sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering authentic connections with clients.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with a remote team.
