Job description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for healthcare workflow and service delivery professionals experienced in reviewing healthcare documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, patient access materials, clinical workflow summaries, revenue cycle files, care coordination materials, quality reports, and presentation-ready healthcare artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality.

This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on healthcare workflow artifact review, service delivery evaluation, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, and presentation issues.

Healthcare Workflow Artifact Review

  • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving healthcare workflows, patient access, scheduling, care coordination, referral management, revenue cycle, quality reporting, and patient flow
  • Review healthcare materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance
  • Assess whether recommendations are realistic, measurable, and aligned with the stated healthcare context
  • Identify inaccurate assumptions, unclear workflow logic, incomplete analysis, weak recommendations, or poor linkage between data and conclusions

Healthcare Service Delivery & Planning Evaluation

  • Review materials involving appointment flow, staffing models, capacity planning, service-line reporting, throughput analysis, patient experience, care team coordination, and healthcare performance metrics
  • Assess whether healthcare planning materials are usable, clear, and appropriate for clinical, administrative, or leadership audiences
  • Evaluate dashboards, status summaries, process maps, patient journey materials, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usefulness
  • Provide clear written feedback that improves healthcare artifact quality

Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review

  • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency
  • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality
  • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files
  • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare administration, clinical workflow management, patient access, care coordination, revenue cycle, provider practice management, hospital or clinic management, quality reporting, healthcare analytics, or related work
  • Native or professional fluency in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs
  • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment

Educational Background

  • Academic backgrounds in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, medicine, health informatics, health policy, business administration, healthcare management, or related fields may be relevant
  • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable
