• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and solution-focused techniques, ensuring the unique mental health needs of each patient are prioritized.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to effectively address the varying circumstances and preferences of your diverse clientele.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and our organizational standards, while ensuring seamless communication with associated healthcare providers.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, consisting of psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health specialists, to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to our shared knowledge base, fostering professional growth.
• Provide education to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to advocate for their own wellness.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health practices, integrating new knowledge to enhance treatment outcomes for your patients.

Your role will involve working primarily with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families. You will provide vital support to those dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, promoting resilience and healthy coping strategies. Your clinical expertise will be fundamental in assisting clients to set and achieve meaningful life goals, ultimately contributing to their overall mental health and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your strong academic foundation in the field of social work.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.
• At least three years of relevant clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services and interventions to diverse populations.
