This degree prepares students to work with individuals with behavioral challenges, such as those with autism spectrum disorders, by teaching evidence-based interventions to improve social, academic, and life skills. Online ABA programs typically offer flexibility for working professionals and may include synchronous or asynchronous coursework, supervised fieldwork, and preparation for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-motivation are essential soft skills for engaging clients and managing cases remotely. These skills and qualifications ensure effective behavioral interventions, client progress, and ethical practice in a virtual environment.
