Job description

Job Title: BCBA – In-Person Assessment Specialist (Virginia)

Compensation: $110/hour (assessment time) + $25/hour (travel time)
Location: Virginia (in-person required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in Virginia

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans

  • Complete and submit documentation in a timely manner

  • Communicate effectively with families and caregivers

  • Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Ability to travel to client locations

  • Reliable transportation

Compensation & Perks:
